1.Program overview

The $PAX KOL Referral Program lets any wallet earn $PAX tokens as commission when its bound buyers execute net purchases of $PAX on the Uniswap V3 pool at 0x99799C89…da9A. Commission is computed and disbursed automatically by a smart contract deployed on Polygon at 0x0db8E590…83094 ("Rewarder"). No off-chain approval is required for payouts.

2.Signup & eligibility

  • Any wallet may sign up at /kol-signup.html.
  • Signup requires an EIP-191 personal signature proving control of the wallet. No KYC, no fee, no manual review.
  • One wallet = one KOL entry. Attempting to re-register the same wallet returns your existing share link.
  • Handles must be unique across all KOLs (case-insensitive) and use only a-z A-Z 0-9 _ - . space.
  • The wallet you sign with becomes your permanent payout address. Choose carefully — this cannot be changed later without manual admin action.

3.Commission mechanics

  • Rate: 10 % of your referred buyer's net-buy USDT volume, paid in $PAX.
  • Net-buy = cumulative buys of $PAX on the tracked V3 pool minus cumulative sells, per (KOL, buyer) pair.
  • Pricing: 1-hour TWAP from the tracked pool at the moment the window is submitted.
  • Cadence: aggregated in 5-minute windows, auto-submitted on-chain within ~1 minute after finality.
  • Per-KOL daily cap: $1 000 000 USDT-equivalent (effectively uncapped for practical purposes).
  • Global daily cap: $10 000 000 USDT-equivalent.

4.High-water-mark (HWM) lock

Each (KOL, buyer) pair maintains a monotone high-water mark of net-buy volume. Sells never reduce your already-paid commission. If a buyer later sells, the pair's running accumulator drops, but no clawback occurs. To earn additional commission from the same buyer, the accumulator must exceed the previous high-water mark.

5.Attribution

  • Attribution is captured automatically when a buyer lands via your ?ref= link and connects a wallet. No extra transaction, no signature prompt — the referrer→buyer binding is written silently to the tracker DB via POST /attribute.
  • Attribution is immutable while active — first inviter wins per buyer wallet (first_touch model, live-tunable to last_touch by admin).
  • Attribution decay: click-based attribution counts 100 % for the first 90 days, then decays linearly to 0 % at 180 days from binding date. After full decay, the buyer wallet becomes free to re-bind to a new KOL.
  • Advanced (optional, not exposed in v1 UI): the on-chain PaxReferralRegistry contract (0xc16DE543…FC036) accepts bindReferrer() as an immutable no-decay binding. Buyers who want permanent attribution may call it directly via a block explorer. The tracker resolveReferrer() gives on-chain bindings precedence over click-attribution.

6.Prohibited conduct

The following will get your KOL entry flagged, and repeated violations will get you removed from the program:

  • Self-referral — referring wallets you control.
  • Wash trading — coordinated buy + sell to inflate net-buy metrics.
  • Sybil farming — attributing many disposable wallets that make dust buys.
  • Public disclosure of commission rate — publishing that you receive 10 % on referred buys. This is the single most important rule. Buyers who learn they are on a paid-referral link will disengage.
  • Bots & scripted buyers — auto-generated buyer traffic.
  • Off-platform payment for referrals ("I'll pay you $X to click my link").

An automated fraud detector runs every 5 minutes checking for WASH_DUMP, FLASH_ROUND_TRIP, and DUST_BURST patterns. Alerts are reviewed by admin; no automatic clawback of already-paid commission — but persistent violations lead to removal.

7.Payout budget & sustainability

  • Payouts are drawn from a pre-approved allowance held by the LP Reward wallet 0xf5a916a5…4096D.
  • Allowance is monitored and topped up on demand.
  • If the allowance is exhausted, submission of new windows will fail until the wallet re-approves — this is not a default on our part; it is a design safety cap.

8.Kill switches & program pause

The program can be paused instantly by the owner via any of:

  • Rewarder.setEnabled(false) — halts all future payouts.
  • PAX.approve(rewarder, 0) — revokes the payment allowance.
  • Backend broadcaster stop — halts new window submissions.

Any paused state is transparent on-chain and can be verified via Polygonscan.

9.Termination

  • You may quit at any time by simply not sharing your link. No notice, no lock-in.
  • Existing bound buyers continue crediting you passively subject to Section 5 decay rules.
  • PredictAsiaX may remove your KOL entry from the roster at its discretion. Reasons include but are not limited to Section 7 violations, malicious behaviour, or repeated fraud detector alerts.
  • Removal deletes your handle from the roster but does not reverse commission already paid on-chain.

10.No warranties

The Program is provided as-is. Smart-contract code has been reviewed but not audited by a third party. On-chain execution may fail due to gas spikes, RPC outages, or unforeseen bugs. Do not treat this Program as a source of guaranteed income. You are responsible for your own tax reporting on $PAX received.

11.Privacy

  • Public data — your wallet address, handle, tier, and public referral URL — is visible to admin and required for the program to function.
  • Per-KOL earnings are treated as trade-secret and are never exposed on public leaderboards or via arbitrary-wallet lookups.
  • Signup metadata (IP, user-agent, signature) is retained for fraud investigation and is not shared with third parties.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the program matures. Material changes to commission rate, decay curve, or tier thresholds will be announced on Telegram and X · @PAX_Kol at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
